Chocolate
Note to self: Don't eat chocolate!
We have had a glorious day. We were up very early to get ready and travel in to London. Traffic wasn't too bad and we got to the Hyde Park Chapel with time to spare. SK loves to get places plenty early so that we can sit calmly and wait for the meeting to begin. I call it hurrying up to wait, stressful still for me.
The zone conference was truly wonderful. Dave and Deb's last. Next month there will be none, and in place of it, the entire mission will go to the temple over the course of four days. If current trends hold, all restrictions will be off, and we will be able to enjoy time together in the temple without worrying about sitting next to one another and being able to be mask-free.
We spent over four hours on the road today and will spend easily five or six tomorrow as we take two of our newest converts to the temple. Angie and Roshnee are both so very excited to go. Neither has any names to take. They are doing baptisms. So I printed up four of my ancestors who need to be baptized and confirmed.
They are all Rolfes! That line has been on my mind recently, and I don't know how long they have been in my "reservations" list, but they are the line of my great great grandmother, who was born in the county right next to Oxfordshire, where we are. The Rolfe family lived in and around that county for centuries. That is just too fun.
I have a migraine and need to go to bed, because 5:00 a.m. is going to come very quickly. It will be a marvelous day - if I can be free of this headache!
I have got to stop with the chocolate....at least the kind I ate yesterday.
