We recently took a virtual tour with the sisters at Hyde Park Visitor's Center.  It is one of thirteen visitor's center around the world.  These sisters do a tremendous job of giving a 45-minute tour, giving some history of the Church in England, as well as the famed Hyde Park Chapel.  They would be very happy to give you a virtual tour.   Just mention that you are family of Elder and Sister Madsen in Oxford.

It can be one, two or twenty people in the tour.  Just contact them at this address to schedule.  I believe you will thoroughly enjoy it.

On another note, this coming Sunday evening at 6 p.m.in London, we will be having another
"Why I Believe" devotional.  It will be at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time.
We saw the preview.  It will be all about our heritage.  There will be several young missionaries who
will tell about an ancestor and how that person has impacted their lives.  I am so much looking
forward to it.  The wonderful thing is that it will be live on Facebook and YouTube

We've had a beautiful day.  We took a walk along a path that looks like we are out in the country, but we are about
15 minutes away from home.  It is close to the center of the town, and it has been left in its wild and unkempt
state, which I find beautiful.

We had institute this evening.  Institute! - for college people.  Angie, baptized last July or August was the teacher.
She did an outstanding job of teaching D&C 20, 21,22.  She has a Ph.D. and has taught college, and is currently working in research.
She loves teaching, and I have encouraged her to check all three BYU campuses, as well as RootsTech since
she is looking for a new job.  She is truly brilliant.  She remembers so much of what she has read, and she thinks
deeply about all kinds of things.  Our gospel discussions with her are so stimulating.  Her questions about the gospel
come from an abiding faith in and trust in God.  We love her.

Our elders brought by some homemade chinese dumplings.  They are so cute!  I stood outside talking to them
for about 15 minutes.  One of them will be finishing up his two years by March 14, and returning home.
I think he is already sad as well as happy.  But he hasn't slackened his stride of yet.

If you are on Facebook, you might take a look at my recent posts to see what these tremendous young
missionaries are doing to find people to teach.

Finally SK and I (as requested by the young missionaries) recording very short videos about how prayer
helps us.  We are just no good in front of a camera....but we tried!
